This guide walks you through creating your Veridox account, from initial sign-up to generating your first API key.

Account Creation Process

Veridox uses a secure multi-stage verification process to ensure only authorised users can access the platform:
  1. Sign Up - Create your account with email verification
  2. Admin Approval - Manual verification by Veridox administrators
  3. Login - Access your dashboard
  4. Generate API Key - Organisation owners can create API keys for integration

Step 1: Create Your Account

Visit the Veridox sign-up page for your region and register with your details:
  1. Enter your email address
  2. Choose a strong password
  3. Provide your first and last name
  4. Click Sign Up
After registration, you’ll receive a verification email with a one-time passcode (OTP).
Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the verification email within a few minutes.

Step 2: Verify Your Email

  1. Check your email inbox for the verification code
  2. Enter the 6-digit OTP code on the verification screen
  3. Click Verify Email
Once verified, your account status will change to Email Verified and you’ll be notified that admin approval is pending.
OTP codes expire after 10 minutes. If your code expires, you can request a new one from the verification screen.

Step 3: Wait for Admin Approval

After email verification, Veridox administrators will review and approve your account. This manual review process helps ensure platform security. What to expect:
  • You’ll receive an email notification once your account is approved.
  • Approval typically takes 1-2 business days.
  • You cannot log in until your account is approved.
During the approval period, attempting to log in will show a message indicating your account is pending administrator approval.

Step 4: Log In to Your Dashboard

Once your account is approved:
  1. Visit the login page for your region:
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. You now have full access to your dashboard

Step 5: Generate Your API Key

Once logged in, organisation owners can generate API keys for programmatic access:
  1. Navigate to Settings in your dashboard.
  2. Select the Organisation tab.
  3. Provide a Name and Expiry Date for the key.
  4. Click Generate API Key.
  5. Copy and securely store your API key — it will only be shown once.
API keys are only shown once. Store your key securely - you won’t be able to view it again. If you lose it, you’ll need to generate a new key.
