Unreadable and password-protected documents are refused before analysis.We now check whether a document can be opened and read before analysis begins. If it is password-protected, or in a format we cannot read, you get a clear message saying so rather than a generic failure.

Role-based access controls for your organisation.You can now assign roles — owner, admin, analyst or member — to the people in your organisation, to control who can see every case or only their own, and set exactly which permissions each API key carries. Role and permission changes are recorded in an audit log your organisation owner can review.Introducing a new document viewer.Viewing and searching documents in your cases now uses a new document viewer, with page numbers that track accurately as you scroll and search that finds matches even where a document’s formatting has changed — most notably in Word documents. You get a clearer, more reliable way to read and search every document you review.Rolling out in stages. Both of these are switched on for selected organisations first, so you may not see them yet. Your account team can enable them, or your organisation owner can turn on early access in your organisation settings.
